AppTriage inbox showing App Store reviews and form feedback in a unified list

The tab-switching morning routine

App Store Connect — 3 new reviews. Copy to spreadsheet. A user emails too. Someone used your feedback form. That goes... somewhere else.

By Friday you've lost track of what you responded to.

Unified Inbox

Every source. One list.

App Store reviews land automatically via the API. Form submissions arrive in real time. Everything shows up in the same feed — filterable by app, status, rating, source, country, or free-text search.

No more switching tabs. No more copy-pasting into a spreadsheet. One list, always current.

Triage

Tag it. Track it. Ship it.

Every piece of feedback moves through a workflow — New, In Review, Planned, Resolved. Tag it with custom labels, add private notes for context, and every action gets timestamped automatically.

Weeks later, you can trace exactly what happened: who changed the status, when a tag was added, what note you left. No guessing.

"The export button crashes every time I tap it on the summary screen. Started after updating to v3.2."

Reproduced on iPad Air, iOS 17.3. Crashes in ExportManager.swift line 142. Looks like a nil unwrap on the date formatter.

Common questions

Everything about managing reviews in one place. Something else on your mind?

Get in touch
How do reviews get imported?
You connect your App Store Connect account by providing an API key. AppTriage uses the official App Store Connect API to pull new reviews every hour. No scraping, no workarounds — just the official channel.
Does it work with Google Play?
Not yet. AppTriage currently supports Apple App Store only. Google Play support is on the roadmap — if you need it, let us know and we'll keep you posted.
Can I reply to App Store reviews?
Apple doesn't support replying to reviews via their API. You can reply to feedback form submissions by email directly from AppTriage — if the user shared their email address.
How many apps can I manage?
The free plan covers 1 app. Pro gives you up to 5 apps. Business is unlimited. All plans include the full inbox, triage tools, and dashboard.
Is my App Store Connect data safe?
Your API credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128). They're never logged, never exposed in the UI after setup, and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your entire inbox as a CSV file — all feedback items, ratings, tags, statuses, and metadata. Your data is yours.
