How does the import work?
You provide an App Store Connect API key. We call Apple's API hourly to fetch new reviews. No scraping.
Is my API key safe?
Encrypted at rest with Fernet (AES-128-CBC). Decrypted only in memory during API calls. Never logged. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How often are reviews imported?
Every hour on Pro/Business plans. Daily on Free.
Can I track multiple apps?
Free: 1 app. Pro: up to 5. Business: unlimited.
Does it work with Google Play?
Not yet. We're focused on App Store Connect for now.
What happens to old reviews?
We import the most recent reviews when you first connect. After that, new reviews are imported hourly.
