Agreement

By creating an account or using AppTriage ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AppTriage. Please read them carefully.

Description of Service

AppTriage is a feedback management platform for app developers. The Service allows you to:

  • Import and view App Store reviews for your iOS and macOS apps
  • Collect user feedback through customizable, branded public forms
  • Triage, tag, and manage feedback items with status workflows
  • Reply to feedback submitters via email
  • Generate legal pages (privacy policy, terms of service) for App Store compliance
  • View analytics and trends across all your apps

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address to register. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@apptriage.com.

App Store Connect Credentials

If you provide App Store Connect API credentials, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use those credentials
  • You grant AppTriage permission to access the App Store Connect API on your behalf
  • You will not share credentials belonging to accounts you do not control

Your credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to import review data for your apps. We do not access any App Store Connect data beyond what is necessary to provide the review import service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how credentials are stored and protected.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive replies through the Service
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond the provided API
  • Use the Service to collect data for purposes unrelated to app feedback management

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Plans & Billing

AppTriage offers Free, Pro, and Business plans with different feature and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Feedback received over your plan's monthly limit is stored but access is restricted until you upgrade
  • Downgrading your plan may limit access to features or data that exceed your new plan's limits
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you import or receive through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Unplanned outages or infrastructure issues
  • Factors beyond our control (third-party API downtime, network issues)

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or data unavailability.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Service.

Upon termination:

  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Data required by law may be retained as legally necessary
  • We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppTriage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may delete your account.
