  1. Create a form for each session or event in AppTriage. Pick the Event preset, add the session title as the heading, and generate a QR code.
  2. Print the A4 poster or table card. Place it on seats, near the exit, or at a feedback station. Both templates include your branding and a short URL.
  3. Attendees scan, type quick feedback ("great talk, but too fast"), and tap submit. You see it in your inbox in real time with country and language.

Can I create a separate QR code for each session?
Yes. Create a separate app in AppTriage for each session, track, or event day. Each gets its own QR code, form URL, and inbox. Tag responses by session name to keep everything organized.
Do I get results in real time?

What data is collected from attendees?
Message text, star rating (optional field), email address (only if the attendee fills it in), country, timezone, language, and browser. No IP addresses are stored. All submissions go to your AppTriage inbox. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I customize the form for my event?
Yes. Set your event name, logo, brand color, and choose the Event preset for ready-made copy. Customize the heading and subtext — for example, "How was this talk?" or "Rate the workshop." Your logo appears in the center of the QR code.
Can attendees give feedback on specific speakers?
Yes. Create a separate form per speaker or session. Each form has its own QR code and URL. Print a unique QR code for each talk and place it on seats or near the exit. Responses are tagged by session so you can filter and compare.
