Yes. AppTriage is free forever for your first app. You get 100 feedback items per month, App Store and Google Play review import, branded feedback forms, QR codes, tags, notes, and legal pages. No credit card required.
What's included in the Pro plan?
Pro is $19/month and includes up to 10 projects, 2,000 feedback items per month, email replies to users, replies to App Store and Google Play reviews, AI auto-categorization, instant webhook alerts, your brand on forms and widgets, CSV/JSON export, and hourly import sync.
What's in the Business plan?
Business is $49/month. It includes everything in Pro plus unlimited projects, 20,000 feedback items per month, unlimited email and review replies, 15-minute import sync, and priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing portal. Your data stays yours — you can export everything as CSV or JSON before cancelling.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal.
What happens if I exceed my feedback limit?
Over-limit feedback is always accepted — we never drop a user message. Items beyond your monthly quota are marked as over-limit and shown blurred in your inbox until you upgrade or next month resets.
