Embed inline OR floating widget

Same form, two installs. Inline: paste an iframe on your Contact page. Floating: one <script> tag adds a feedback button to every page. Pick one or use both — submissions merge into the same inbox.

Categories that match your team

Feature request, bug, improvement, praise — the SaaS template ships with sensible defaults. Submissions auto-tag, then route to the right Slack channel via webhook.

Public roadmap that closes the loop

Pro tier turns the inbox into a public roadmap with votes. When you ship a request, the user who asked gets a status email. They tell their friends. You compound.

What this costs Free tier covers 1 form + 100 submissions/month. Starter at $5 unlocks unlimited submissions + custom branding (drop the AppTriage badge). Pro at $19/mo adds AI auto-categorisation, public roadmap, and custom domain for the feedback URL. See full pricing →

Common questions

Does the popup widget slow down my site?

No. The widget loads asynchronously after first paint and weighs ~12 KB gzipped. CSP-friendly: no third-party CDN, served from your AppTriage instance only.

Can I customise the widget's look?

Yes — accent colour, button text, position (bottom-right or bottom-left), and style (pill / icon / minimal). Starter tier removes the AppTriage badge.

How is this different from Canny / Frill?

Canny is a roadmap-first product. AppTriage is feedback-inbox-first with a roadmap as one of the channels. Both valid — pick AppTriage if you want one tool for popup widget + email replies + public roadmap + (optionally) App Store + Play imports later.

Can I import existing feature requests from spreadsheets?

Yes — POST them to the public form's API endpoint. CSV → API import script in the docs. No data lock-in.
